چکیده

A novel versatile biocompatible hydrogel of whey protein isolate (WPI) and two types tannic acid (TAs) was prepared by crosslinking WPI with TAs in a one-step method at high temperature for 30 min. is one common protein-based preparation which used formation. The obtained WPI-TA hydrogels were disc form retained their integrity after sterilization autoclaving. Two TA preparations differing molecular weight chemical structure compared, namely polygalloyl glucose-rich extract-ALSOK 02-and quinic acid-rich 04. Hydrogel formation observed solutions containing both preparations. swelling characteristics investigated room different pH values, 5, 7, 9. ability independent the added TAs. trend decrease mass increase (MI) an TA/WPI ratio compared to control without TA. This dependence (a MI decrease-TA/WPI ratio) neutral acidic conditions (pH 5.7). Under alkaline 9), negative values all content accompanied significant release from network. Our studies have shown that ALSOK04 higher than ALSOK 02. Moreover, addition TAs, display strong anti-cancer effect, increases cytotoxicity WPI-TAs against Hep-2 human laryngeal squamous carcinoma (Hep-2 cells) cell line. Thus, prolonged drug properties effect can be as scaffolds.

Design of a pH-sensitive polymeric carrier for drug release and its application in cancer therapy.

PURPOSE In this study, to optimize the polymeric drug delivery system for cancer chemotherapy, we developed a new pH-sensitive polymeric carrier, poly(vinylpyrrolidone-co-dimethylmaleic anhydride) [PVD], that could gradually release native form of drugs with full activity, from the conjugates in response to changes in pH. We examined the usefulness of PVD as a polymeric drug carrier. EXPERIME...
